In the event of an emergency, contact the State Hygienic Laboratory Duty Officer via Campus Security at 319-335-5022.  Calls are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 Newborn Screening testing is performed seven days a week even on weekends and holidays.   Critical and outbreak testing is performed on weekends and holidays, as necessary.
